Understanding the ratu Bet Slip Structure
Our bet slip organizes wagers into columns: game name, entry date and time, stake amount, odds or multiplier (where applicable), settlement status, and payout or loss. For slot games like Aviator or Sweet Bonanza, the slip shows your spin stake, the result (win or loss), and the final balance. For live-dealer tables such as Monopoly Live, it logs your chip purchase, table entry, bet placement, and settlement. For football markets during Liga 1 or Piala AFF fixtures, it records the market type (match winner, total goals, both teams to score), your selection, and the outcome once the fixture concludes.
Every entry on your ratu bet slip is linked to your account balance at that moment. When you place a wager, the stake is reserved from your balance. Once the game or match settles, the system updates your slip and your available balance. If you withdraw funds, your slip continues to record historical entries; withdrawals do not erase the slip itself. This design means your bet slip is a permanent audit trail, not a temporary record that disappears after a session ends.
Slot game entries on your slip
When you play Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, or Mahjong Ways, each spin or round generates a bet slip entry. The entry shows: game name, spin ID, stake in your local currency (IDR), multiplier or result symbol, win or loss status, and payout amount if applicable. Slot tournaments that we schedule weekly also log to your slip; in addition to individual spins, tournament entries record your participation tier, entry stake, and leaderboard standing at the time of settlement.
Our slot games are organized by themes and payout frequencies. We do not advertise fixed return percentages or guaranteed outcomes; instead, we publish game rules that explain the symbol meanings, line counts, and bonus features. Your bet slip shows every spin result transparently: if you hit a bonus round or free-spin feature in Sweet Bonanza, the slip will itemize the free spins and their results separately. This itemization helps you understand which spins generated the overall outcome.
Live-dealer table entries
Our live-dealer tables—including Monopoly Live, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and Dragon Tiger—log each hand or round to your slip. When you join a table, your bet slip records the table name, time you entered, initial chip amount, and the dealer on stream. Each bet within that session gets its own line: bet type (straight, split, pair, etc.), amount, outcome (win, loss, push, or void), and settlement payout. If you play multiple hands in a single session, the slip shows each hand discretely.
Live-dealer slip entries also include video timestamp or hand ID so you can cross-reference our archived streams or request a review if you believe a settlement was incorrect. Our support team can then pull the exact moment from the broadcast and clarify the ruling. This transparency is central to how we handle disputes: we do not rely on your word alone or on us saying "the system is right"—we show you the evidence.

Football and sports market entries
Our ratu bet slip records every football and esports wager you place. For Liga 1 matches—whether Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, or Semarang teams—your slip shows the match name, date, market type (e.g., match winner, total goals, both teams to score), your selection, and the odds you accepted. Once the match concludes, the slip updates to show the result and whether your selection won, lost, or voided. For Piala AFF, Piala Indonesia, Champions League, or international tournaments, the same structure applies.
Sports markets settle on a delay: the match must finish, the official scoreline must be published by the league, and our settlement team must confirm. This process usually takes a few hours after final whistle. If a match is abandoned, postponed, or later replayed, your slip records the original market as void and any re-run generates a new entry. We do not automatically settle all markets on partial results (e.g., after subject to verification if extra time is scheduled); our rules specify which markets close at final whistle and which extend to include extra time or penalties.
Our bet slip is a transparent record of every wager, not a promise of outcome. We log what you've wagered, when, and how it settled—nothing more, nothing less.
Navigating Your ratu Bet Slip Account Features
Your ratu account dashboard includes a dedicated bet slip section that you can filter by date range, game type, settlement status, or payment method. If you placed several wagers during Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, or Nyepi when our tournament schedules often intensify, you can narrow the slip to show only entries from those periods. The filters help you analyze your participation patterns without scrolling through months of history.
We also provide a downloadable slip report in PDF or CSV format. This feature lets you export your bet history for personal record-keeping, tax filing, or dispute reference. The exported file includes all the details from the live slip: timestamps, game names, stakes, outcomes, and settlement amounts. You can download reports monthly or quarterly, and the data remains available in our archive indefinitely (subject to standard data retention policies).
- Settlement Status
- Shows whether an entry is pending (waiting for game or match to conclude), settled (finished and payout processed), or voided (cancelled due to rules or technical issue).
- Odds or Multiplier
- For slot games, this shows the win multiplier applied to your stake. For sports markets, it displays the decimal odds you accepted at time of entry.
- Payout Amount
- The actual IDR or currency paid to your account if the wager won. For losses, this field shows zero or is marked as loss.
- Dispute Window
- A settled entry can be disputed within a defined period (typically 7 days). After that window closes, the settlement is final.
Filtering and exporting your slip
Our ratu platform allows you to filter your bet slip by multiple dimensions. You can select a date range (e.g., "last 7 days" or a custom span), choose a single game or all games, view only winning entries or only losses, and even filter by payment method used to fund the wager. These filters update the slip display in real-time without refreshing the page. Once you've refined your view, the export button generates a file containing only those filtered entries.
The PDF export formats your slip as a printable statement; the CSV export is machine-readable and compatible with spreadsheet software. Many players use the CSV format to feed their betting data into personal analytics tools or accounting software. We support both formats at no extra charge, and you can export the same data multiple times without limit.
Reviewing unsettled and pending wagers
Your ratu bet slip shows a "pending" status for wagers that have been placed but whose outcome has not yet been determined. For slot games, pending status is rare because spins settle instantly; a pending slot entry usually means a system issue that our technical team must investigate. For live-dealer tables, entries move from pending to settled once the hand or round completes and the payout is processed (typically within seconds). For football matches, entries remain pending until the fixture concludes and the official result is published.
If a match is postponed—for example, a Liga 1 match scheduled for a midweek but delayed by weather—your slip entry stays pending. Once the match is rescheduled and played, the entry settles. If the match is eventually cancelled and no replay is scheduled, your stake is refunded (marked as void on your slip) and the IDR is returned to your available balance. We do not hold stakes indefinitely on cancelled events.
