Accessing Your ratu Transaction History
Your ratu account dashboard includes a dedicated transaction history section. Once you log in, navigate to "Account" or "My Activity," then select "Transaction History." The page displays your most recent transactions by default, with the newest entries at the top. Each entry shows: transaction type (deposit, withdrawal, game session, bonus credit), date and time, amount in IDR, payment method or game name, and status (completed, pending, or failed).
The transaction history covers all account activity, not just deposits and withdrawals. When you play Aviator and place a spin, that spin generates a transaction entry showing your stake, the result, and your payout or loss. When you join a live-dealer table like Monopoly Live, each hand or round logs as a separate entry. When you place a football bet during Liga 1 or Piala AFF fixtures, that market entry appears in your history. This comprehensive logging means your transaction history is also your game history—a complete record of how you've used your ratu account.
Transaction types and what they show
Our ratu transaction history categorizes entries into several types:
- Deposit: Money you've transferred into your ratu account via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet. The entry shows the amount, payment method, and timestamp. Deposits typically complete within minutes, but may take longer during peak hours or bank maintenance windows.
- Withdrawal: Money you've requested to move from your ratu account back to your payment method. The entry shows the requested amount, destination payment method, and status (pending review, approved, completed, or failed). Withdrawals require account verification before processing.
- Game session: A slot spin, live-dealer hand, or sports market entry. Shows the game name, stake, result, and payout or loss. Slot sessions settle instantly; live-dealer and sports entries may remain pending until the outcome is determined.
- Bonus credit: Promotional credits or tournament winnings added to your account. Shows the source (e.g., "Weekly Mahjong Ways tournament prize") and the amount credited.
- Adjustment: Manual account corrections made by our support team (e.g., reversal of a disputed transaction or correction of a system error). Always includes a note explaining the reason.
Your ratu transaction history is the source of truth for your account. If a balance discrepancy arises, the transaction history is where we look first to identify the cause.
Filtering and Searching Your Transaction History
Our ratu platform provides multiple filters to help you narrow your transaction history. You can filter by date range (e.g., "last 7 days," "last month," or a custom span), transaction type (deposits only, withdrawals only, game sessions, bonuses), payment method (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, etc.), or game name (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways, or live-dealer tables). Combining filters lets you answer specific questions: "How much did I deposit via e-wallet in the last month?" or "What were all my Aviator spins during Idul Fitri?"
The search function also accepts keywords. You can search by transaction ID (a unique identifier assigned to each entry), payment method name, or game title. Search results update in real-time without requiring a page refresh. Once you've filtered or searched, the results remain on screen until you clear the filters or log out.

Exporting your transaction history
We allow you to export your filtered transaction history as a PDF or CSV file. The PDF format is suitable for printing or sharing with a third party (e.g., an accountant or tax advisor). The CSV format is machine-readable and compatible with spreadsheet software, allowing you to perform your own analysis or import the data into accounting tools. Both formats include all the details visible on screen: transaction type, date, time, amount, payment method or game name, and status.
Exports are generated on-demand and available for immediate download. There is no limit to how many times you can export the same data. We recommend exporting your transaction history monthly for personal record-keeping, especially if you use your ratu account regularly during Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, or Nyepi when our tournament schedules intensify.
- Transaction ID
- A unique identifier assigned to each transaction. Use this when contacting support about a specific entry.
- Settlement Status
- Shows whether a transaction is pending (awaiting completion), completed (finished and funds processed), or failed (did not complete; funds returned).
- Timestamp
- The exact date and time (in your local timezone) when the transaction was initiated. Useful for matching ratu records with your bank or payment app records.
- Reconciliation
- The process of comparing your ratu transaction history with your bank or payment app to confirm all entries match and no discrepancies exist.
Using Transaction History for Account Management
Your ratu transaction history serves several practical purposes. First, it helps you reconcile your account balance. If your current balance does not match your expectation, you can review the transaction history to identify where the discrepancy occurred. For example, if you deposited our welcome offer via mobile banking but your balance shows only our welcome offer, the transaction history will show whether a game session or withdrawal accounts for the difference.
Second, the transaction history supports dispute resolution. If you believe a game outcome was incorrect or a withdrawal was processed to the wrong account, you can reference the specific transaction entry and provide it to our support team. We then cross-reference your claim against our game server logs (for slots), video archives (for live-dealer), or official league data (for sports). The transaction history entry becomes the starting point for our investigation.
Reviewing deposits and withdrawal requests
Your transaction history shows every deposit you've made and every withdrawal you've requested. For deposits, the entry confirms the amount, payment method, and completion time. If a deposit appears as "failed" or "pending" after several hours, contact our support team with the transaction ID. We can investigate whether the payment was blocked by your bank or payment provider, or if a system issue on our end caused the delay.
For withdrawals, the transaction history shows the requested amount, destination payment method, and current status. Withdrawal requests enter a review phase where our compliance team checks for unusual patterns or high-risk activity. This review typically takes a few hours but may extend longer during peak periods or if additional verification is needed. Once approved, the withdrawal is processed to your payment method. The transaction history updates to show "completed" once the funds reach your bank or payment app. If a withdrawal is declined, the entry shows "failed" and your funds are returned to your ratu balance.
Analyzing your game participation
By filtering your transaction history to show only game sessions, you can analyze your participation patterns. You might discover that you've played more Aviator spins than Sweet Bonanza, or that your average stake on Fortune Tiger is higher than on Mahjong Ways. This data can help you understand your preferences and adjust your future participation if desired. Some users export their game session history monthly to track trends over time.
The transaction history also shows your cumulative activity across all game types. If you've played slots, live-dealer tables, and sports markets, the history logs all three categories in chronological order. This unified view helps you see how your account activity is distributed across our platform's offerings.
Reviewing your transaction history regularly helps you stay informed about your account and catch any issues early.
Transaction History and Account Security
Our ratu transaction history is a security tool as well as a record-keeping tool. If you notice a transaction you did not authorize—an unexpected withdrawal, a game session you do not recall, or a deposit from an unfamiliar payment method—you can flag it immediately. Our support team will investigate and, if fraud is confirmed, reverse the transaction and restore your funds.
We recommend reviewing your transaction history at least weekly, especially if you use your ratu account frequently. This habit helps you spot unauthorized activity quickly. If you suspect your account has been compromised, change your password immediately and contact our support team. We can also enable two-factor authentication on your account for added security.
